Limon Pâtisserie Collection — Trilingual Course Platform
- Client
- Limon Pâtisserie

Project Overview
Katya, the owner of Limon Pâtisserie in Montréal, wanted to turn years of recipe development into a real course business rather than a folder of notes. Golden Gate built and produced the whole thing: a trilingual (English, French, Russian) platform designed so students can buy access, watch cinematic lesson films, follow along with photographed step-by-step guides and downloadable PDF kitchen guides, and track their progress through an account system with protected, DRM-backed video.
What We Did
- —Creative direction and cinematography for the lesson films
- —Recipe and product photography
- —Trilingual platform build — Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase
- —Stripe checkout and account system
- —Protected video delivery via Mux
- —PDF kitchen guide design, in three languages
Solution
We ran this as an integrated build, not a video job with a website bolted on: cinematography and photography direction on the recipe shoots, a Next.js and TypeScript platform on Supabase for accounts and content, Stripe for checkout and course access, and Mux for protected, adaptive video delivery. Every lesson, guide and product page exists in three languages, including the video captions and the PDF guides themselves.
The Result
Limon Collection is live today at collection.limonpatisserie.ca, running independently of the studio: the platform is built so a student can create an account, pay through Stripe, and watch protected lesson video with no manual intervention required from Golden Gate. It stands as the studio's clearest proof that a single team can produce the film and photography, and also build, ship and operate the software those assets live inside.
