Project Overview

Every studio accumulates the same operational mess: scattered spreadsheets for bookings, invoices chased over email, project status living in someone's head. Golden Gate built its own system instead of buying one off the shelf — a single internal platform that tracks active projects, schedules crew and equipment, and keeps client-facing status in one place.

Solution

Built and maintained by the same team that runs client projects, Golden Gate OS is a real production application: authenticated roles for staff, structured project and task tracking, and a data layer built to the same standard we hold client work to — because we use it every day ourselves.

The Result

Golden Gate OS runs the studio's own day-to-day production today. It needs no client's permission to show, and it exists for the most honest reason a piece of software can: the team that built it depends on it.
